Common Return Reasons & Solutions

Defective or Manufacturing Issues

If your product is defective or has a quality issue, we'll send you a replacement free of charge — no questions asked.

The Product Doesn't Fit

If the fit isn't right, a dedicated fit advisor will help you exchange your item for a better size at no extra cost.

Changed Your Mind?

You can return any item within 60 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, you'll be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Wrong or Missing Item

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your package, we'll send you the correct item free of charge.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, we'll send you a replacement free of charge.

How to Return Your Order

To return all or part of your order, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us. Email hello@moldeforms.com within 60 days of receiving your order to request a return. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval & return address. Our team will confirm whether your return is accepted and provide the correct return address. (Note: if we receive no response within 14 days of approval, the return request will be canceled.)
  3. Prepare your return. Securely pack the product(s) in their original packaging, with all accessories and items included.
  4. Ship the return. Send the package to the address provided and share the tracking number with our team.
  5. Refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Return Requirements

Items must be unworn and returned with their original hangtags attached.

Damaged Products Upon Arrival

If your product is damaged in transit, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item on a flat surface, showing both the defect and the label.
  2. Email the photos and a description of the issue to hello@moldeforms.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  3. We'll send you a replacement free of charge. If the replacement is also defective, we'll issue a full refund.
